Dr. Esslin primarily bases her psychotherapy practice on Schema Therapy and EMDR Therapy. However, she experiences each client as unique in their circumstances, experiences, and personality. One size does not fit all!
Thus, Dr. Esslin also integrates valuable, effective tools and techniques from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy and Emotion Efficacy Therapy (EET).
